Activating SIMs From Stock

Activating SIMs from your Clarity Connectivity Management (CCM) Portal's stock is a simple process.

 

Reference the below captioned images to activate your pre-loaded SIMs.  If you need to add to your SIM inventory, contact [email protected] for a stock SIM order.

 

Solve Networks is happy to assist with activating SIMs as well.  Please contact [email protected] during normal business hours to request a new activation or if you have any questions about the process.

 

After logging into CCM, select the "Activate" menu on the left hand side.

 

Select the stock SIM(s) from the right hand view or enter them in the text field, one row per SIM.

NOTE: Physical ID (SIM ID/ICCID) and IMEI are required fields.  Improper data entry for these values will cause activation errors that will require manual intervention by a Solve Networks team member.

When selecting the SIM ID from the right hand view, the value is automatically copied into the text field for your convenience.

 

Enter the SIM ID and IMEI values as well as optional fields such as Nickname and Tags with a comma separating each value.  Select the "Continue" button when complete.

Select from your available Rate Plans and then select the "Activate Subscriber" button.​

 

You will be presented with an "Activation Complete" screen.  From here, select the "Subscribers" menu from the left hand side.

 

Here you will see a list of Active Subscribers with your latest additions sorted to the top.
While the activation is in progress, some columns will be pending final activation details, such as "Subscriber ID" and "IP".
When the activation has fully completed, information will be updated to reflect the final activation details.​​​

 

NOTE:  AT&T rate plans provisioned with a Public Static IP assignment (ATT-L-PUB) require a final provisioning step by a Solve Networks team member.  Contact [email protected] to complete ATT-L-PUB activations.
