Exporting a report for your account level data usage from Clarity Connectivity Management (CCM) is as easy as 1-2-3.

 

Reference the below captioned images to view your cycle-to-date data usage across your entire set of active SIM cards either locally in the platform or as an Excel report export.

 

The billing cycle resets on the 19th day of each month and thus the bill cycle runs from the 19th to the 18th.

 

After logging into CCM, select the "Statistics" menu on the left hand side.

 

Next, select the "Subscriber Report" menu on the left hand side.

 

To view data usage, simply place a checkmark next to "Est. Monthly Data Use (MB)*" (1) and select the "Submit" button (4) to view the data usage in a table in CCM.  If you would like to export an Excel spreadsheet, place a checkmark next to "Excel Spreadsheet" (3) and type in the destination email for the report in the "Email" field (3) prior to selecting the "Submit" button (4).
